English is the language of global business. Technical documents have to be available for a world-wide audience in English. Adequate translation of applications and IT documents often requires excellent knowledge not only of the source and target languages but also of IT.

Service Description
Internationalisation (I18N) Vimia refactors your application or website so that its user interface may be implemented in any language.
Localisation (L10N) Once your application or website has been internationalised, Vimia creates user interfaces for specific languages and regions (e.g. British English, Swiss German). Translation of databases can also be provided.
Technical translation Your technical documents are translated from German or French into English. The type of document that Vimia translates includes whitepapers, technical books, manuals, requirements, specifications and program documentation.
Linguistic services Vimia provides support services (e.g. consulting and coaching) for translation departments without specific knowledge of IT and related technologies. Support can be provided via telephone or e-mail, or on-site.
